What I did while there

Own end-to-end design for the Risk Intelligence Platform, a multi-tenant SaaS clinical-intelligence system supporting AI-assisted coding, provider workflows, and risk-adjustment operations.

Built a unified design language and expanded component library to reduce inconsistency across products and speed up implementation.

Revamped the Patient Engagement Hub for two clients around distinct user personas while preserving existing functionality.

Mentored junior designers.

Designed Quality Metrics and Risk Intelligence workflows within the Value-Based Care suite through iterative stakeholder discussions and requirement alignment.

Designed Rule Engine, an AI-first automation workflow builder for coding tools that was adopted by multiple teams across the organization.

Restructured the team's Figma architecture for cleaner navigation and smoother project handoff.

Drove adoption of the internal design system through the development pipeline, reducing rework and shortening ship time.

Secured team access to AI design tools and Figma AI credits to support a faster build-fail-improve workflow.

Introduced a standardized design framework for requirement gathering across quality, content, feature, and aesthetic parameters.
