Invoicing and payment insights
We were trying to simplify finance tools for small business owners, founders, and startup operators who don’t want to deal with messy spreadsheets or expensive ERPs.
Key challenges
How do we design for founders who are not “finance people”?
How do we make “checking your finances” feel like checking your email — quick, painless, informative?
How do we ensure trust without overwhelming with data?
Impact
Helped Finware position itself as a modern, founder-first alternative to traditional finance tools.
Enabled faster onboarding by making the dashboard feel like a familiar app, not accounting software.
Created a scalable design system to support future features like payroll, tax tracking, and credit assessment.
The End
Finware taught me how to design for business confidence turning complex numbers into simple decisions for people who have 20 other things to worry about.
