A connected discipline

Product manager

I gather requirements from banks and enterprise customers, write PRDs, and plan onboarding. At Finware and Neokred, I took on product-management responsibilities alongside design.

Responsibilities

Banking and API partnershipsAt Finware, I worked with banking teams including Yes Bank and IDFC on virtual-account licensing requirements, gathered API documentation, and engaged potential KYC partners to understand customer-onboarding integrations.
Research and product requirementsAt Neokred, I moved from motion and product design into product management, drafted PRDs, and gathered research and data for the neobanking project that was later shelved. At Huber, enterprise requirements informed the MVP.
Prioritisation and deliveryAt Finware, I introduced Agile ways of working and used Rock, Sand and Pebble prioritisation to make scope and sequencing explicit. At SRK’s Veda, I managed projects for two EdTech companies.
Team and business operationsAt Confiar Media, now Morphcode, I handled events, business calls, and team management. At Finware, product responsibilities also included founding-team operations, recruitment, and roadmap planning.
Independent product ownershipSizoCare, Beshaj, The Cognitive Club, and Nivoraq extend this practice into my own products: defining the problem, shaping the initial scope, designing the experience, and contributing to the build.
